Brothers' fight over peanut butter and jelly ends in arrest

DES MOINES, Iowa - An Iowa man was arrested on Friday after fighting with and pulling a knife on his brother, who accused him of eating too many peanut butter and jelly sandwiches, reports Fox News.

The confrontation between Jerome Davis and his brother, both in their 50s, took place in their Des Moines home, according to The Des Moines Register.

Davis’ brother told police that Davis had finished making his fourth peanut butter and jelly sandwich of the day, when they started arguing about about laziness and overeating.

Things got heated when Jerome Davis allegedly pulled out a folding knife and brandished it in his brother’s face.

Police were called and Davis was charged with domestic abuse with a weapon.

Which raises the question - how many pb & j sandwiches are too many?
