Brawl breaks out in Georgia parliament
KUTAISI, Georgia -- A political battle in the republic of Georgia turned into a brawl on the floor of parliament Friday.
Lawmakers used their fists to try to settle a dispute over how many delegates from the ruling and opposition parties should be appointed to international institutions.
Harsh words turned to flying punches -- Some members of Parliament even ripped their microphones off desks and used them as weapons.
It's not the first time a disagreement has turned violent. In 2013, two lawmakers traded blows during a debate on live television.
