INDIANAPOLIS - A 14-year-old boy has been arrested on a preliminary charge of murder in the shooting death of an 18-year-old woman in Indianapolis.

The victim was identified at Kayla Goggins of Indianapolis. Police said they responded to a report of a large fight at about 11 o'clock Friday night.
