Bodybuilder takes an almost deadly route to pumping up

Getting the arms of a "hulk" almost cost a bodybuilder his life, not because he worked out every day, but because of what he put in his arms.

Romario Dos Santos Alves, 25, who lives in Brazil, could have died after injecting a cocktail of oil and alcohol into his biceps. He says it led him to nearly commit suicide when his wife was pregnant and doctors almost had to amputate both his arms.
