In 2005, actress Lauren Bacall appeared on "The Early Show" to talk about her autobiography, "By Myself and Then Some," hailed as a juicy page-turner about her storied career and great loves.

In the interview, CBS News' Harry Smith marvels at the staying power of Bacall's immortal line from "To Have and Have Not": "You know how to whistle, don't you, Steve? You just put your lips together and ... blow."

Bacall reminisces about her romance with Humphrey Bogart, which started when they met on the set of her very first movie.

"It just happened and it just grew and there was just no stopping it," she says. "He was very romantic... He was just the prince on the white horse."
