"B.O. Bandit": Search for malodorous Texas bank robber

PLANO, Texas - Police are searching for a suspected Texas bank robber who they say is identifiable by his strong body odor, reports CBS DFW.

Police say the stinky suspect entered a Wells Fargo Bank Monday inside a grocery store in Plano, about 20 miles north of Dallas, and passed a note to the teller demanding cash. He fled on foot with the money, reports the station.

The clerk told police the suspect acted nervous, wore glasses and...had a strong body odor.

The "B.O. Bandit" was last seen wearing a dark-blue patterned polo-style shirt, dark pants, white shoes and a brown and green baseball cap. Police are describing him as white male, about 5-foot-5 to 5-foot-6 with a heavy build.

He also reportedly has curly brown or red hair and acne.

Tipsters can call the Plano Police Department Tip Line at 972-941-2148 or Crime Stoppers 877-373-8477.
