Tyrail Wynn, 25, of Carrollton, is charged with murder, feticide, aggravated assault, cruelty to children, burglary and possession of marijuana, according to the station. He was arrested early Friday, reports the Atlanta-Journal Constitution.

Thirty-six-year-old Nakita Holland, who was reportedly due to give birth in eight days, was found shot to death in her Carrollton bedroom on Monday. Holland's unborn child also did not survive the shooting.

WGCL reports that a friend has identified Wynn as the unborn child's father.

It is unclear how long Holland's 2-year-old daughter was alone with her mother's body before she was found. Holland's sister, Syconda Walker, told the station Holland was last seen alive on the Fourth of July, two days before the discovery was made.
