Arizona police: 3-year-old girl bound with tape, kept in closet
MESA, Ariz. -- Mesa police say they're investigating a child-abuse case in which a 3-year-old girl was bound with duct tape and kept in a closet.
Police said police located the girl Monday after receiving information about her situation.
According to police, the girl was taken to a hospital for evaluation and two people were arrested.
