"American Horror Story: Freak Show": Watch the creepy opening credits

The opening title sequence for "American Horror Story: Freak Show" was revealed Wednesday, and -- in typical "AHS" fashion -- it's pretty creepy.

Don't like evil clowns? Don't watch this. Not a fan of scary dolls? Definitely don't watch this. Has the show's ominous theme music haunted your dreams ever since we first stepped foot in season 1's Murder House? Well...don't say we didn't warn you.


If that's not enough to hold you over until the new season premieres next week, a new teaser was also unleashed Tuesday. Watch that one for your first look at this year's nightmare-inducing villain, Twisty the Clown.


"American Horror Story: Freak Show" premieres Oct. 8 at 10 p.m. ET on FX.
