Alec Baldwin defends Seth Rogen over "American Sniper" comments
The "American Sniper" debate is heating up, with Alec Baldwin now chiming in on the film and all the buzz surrounding it.
It all started with Michael Moore's comments about snipers, followed by Seth Rogen tweeting that the war drama "kind of reminds me of the movie that's showing in the third act of 'Inglorious Basterds.'"
Actor Dean Cain was none too pleased with Rogen's comments. Cain was friends with Chris Kyle, the real-life Navy SEAL that "American Sniper is based on. "Disparage Chris Kyle to my face and we'll see who is a coward," he said.
The one-time Superman also took to Twitter:
@Sethrogen Seth...I like your films, but right now, I wanna kick your ass. Chris is an American Hero. Period. Go to war. Then we'll talk.
Several stars, military members and veterans have come out in support of the Clint Eastwood film starring Bradley Cooper as Kyle. It hit the top of the box office over Martin Luther King Jr. weekend and is in the running for six Oscars, including best picture.

The "American Sniper" debate is heating up, with Alec Baldwin now chiming in on the film and all the buzz surrounding it.
