SAN BERNARDINO, Calif. - Five people have been arrested in connection with the New Year's Day shooting death of a security guard at a Southern California roller rink.

The San Bernardino County Sheriff's Department announced the arrests on Tuesday.

The suspects -- Ezekiel Isaiah George, 18; Topaz Prince Crummie, 20; Adrian Gentry, 17; Laquan Trice, 15; and Maurice Lamont Martin, 17 -- all face charges including murder and attempted murder, along with gang enhancements. CBS Los Angeles reports Gentry, Trice and Martin are charged as adults.

The five were scheduled to be arraigned Tuesday afternoon.

Investigators say 48-year-old Richard Williamson died confronting a gunman firing at a crowd outside the Cal Skate rink in Grand Terrace. Two other people were treated for injuries.
