$350K, guns, Super Bowl tix seized in Ore. raids

PORTLAND, Ore. - Oregon police seized three tickets to Sunday's Super Bowl among the items recovered in a series of raids focusing on a marijuana distributiing operation. The raids yielded a total of $350,000, two SUVs, four rifles and two handguns, mature pot plants and processing equipment,and a small amount of steroids.

Police arrested 39-year-old Kao Choy Saechao at Portland International Airport on Friday, Jan. 24. A search of Saechao’s bags turned up $49,000 in cash, reports CBS affiliate KOIN.

 That began a trail of search warrants and raids at a Portland apartment, a Florida storage locker and Matthew Parker's Gresham, Ore. home. Portland police say they're still seeking the whereabouts of the 42-year-old Parker and his son, 19-year-old Dreyson Parker.

Portland police did not disclose the circumstances that first prompted the investigation.

In a Cadillac Escalade at Parker's house, they found 212 pounds of marijuana and the football tickets. Authorities also were able to detain and arrest a man identified as 43-year-old Edwin Olson at Parker’s home. Parker was there when authorities arrived, but fled, according to KOIN.

Saechao and Olson are both charged with possession and delivery of marijuana. Saechao also faces a count of money laundering, reports the station.
