3 arrested after body found near Nebraska river

NORTH PLATTE, Neb. -- Police have arrested three people in connection with the death of a man whose body was found Tuesday on a Nebraska riverbank, reports CBS affiliate KOLN.

The Lincoln County Sheriff's Office says the body was found late Tuesday near the South Platte River. Officers say the victim was wrapped in a tarp and had facial wounds that did not look accidental.

Police charged David Saxton II, 45, and Randy Nevismal, 30, with second degree murder. Maybelle Collins, 31, was charged with accessory to a felony.

Police have not released the victim's name.
