2014 Midterm Elections: Polls closing in 12 more states

CBS News has made projections in 11 more races as the polls close in 12 additional states.

Republican Sens. Jeff Sessions of Alabama, Susan Collins of Maine, Thad Cochran of Mississippi, Lamar Alexander of Tennessee and Jim Inhofe of Oklahoma are projected to win re-election. CBS News also projects that Rep. James Lankford, R-Oklahoma, has won his Senate election.

Democratic Sens. Ed Markey of Massachusetts and Cory Booker of New Jersey are projected to win re-election to their seats.

CBS News also projects that Republican Govs. Robert Bentley of Alabama and Bill Haslam of Tennessee have been re-elected, and that Democrat Tom Wolf has defeated Republican Gov. Tom Corbett in the Pennsylvania governor's race.

CBS News also projects that Republicans will maintain control of the House of Representatives with 226 seats to Democrats' 171.
