2 In Custody For Stealing Political Yard Signs, Lighting Them On Fire

WYOMING, Minn. (WCCO) -- The Wyoming Police Department says two people are in custody after allegedly stealing political yard signs and lighting them on fire.
Wyoming PD tweeted that they responded to calls about "shenanigans/tomfoolery" happening on Pioneer Road and Iris Avenue early Sunday morning. The two suspects were taken into custody for arson, theft and criminal damage to property.
Anyone who is missing their yard signs should call police.
Early this morning we responded to some shenanigans/tomfoolery that occurred near the area of Pioneer Rd and Iris Ave. If you live in that area and happen to be missing political campaign signs that were in your yard please contact us at 651-462-0577.
