Police: Help ID These Suspected Purse Snatchers

MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) -- West St. Paul police are asking for the public's help to identify three young men who allegedly stole an elderly woman's purse outside of a Target store Monday night.

Police say the suspects watched the woman return some items in the store before following her outside.

One of the suspects ran up behind her and ripped her purse out of her hands. The three suspects then ran across Robert Street fled in a car.
