Woodbury Police: Young Sisters Located After Going Missing In Wisconsin

UPDATE: Woodbury Police officials say the children have been located

MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) -- Woodbury police are asking for the public's help to find three children who were not returned to their father's custody after a visit to their maternal grandparents.

The children -- Kianna Dixon, 10; K'Aaliyah Abigale Dixon, 9; and Keivonnah La'Corda Dixon, 7 -- were allowed to visit their grandparents in Wisconsin from May 15 until May 29 -- but they were not returned on the last day.

They are believed to be with their mother, Chelsey Earlene Dixon-Gipson, in the Chicago area. She does not have visitation or custodial rights.

Chelsey is 5 feet 2 inches tall and weighs about 192 pounds; Kianna is 5 feet tall and weighs 70 pounds; K'Aaliyah is 4 feet 9 inches tall, weighs 60 pounds, has a birthmark on her right arm and scars on her abdomen, nose and forehead; and Keivonnah is 4 feet 8 inches tall and has a birthmark on her forehead. All four have brown hair and brown eyes.
