Charges: Women Steal Thousands In Rogaine, Razor Blades

MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) – A 31-year-old woman is facing charges in connection with the theft of nearly $7,000 worth of hygiene products.

According to the criminal complaint, two women entered five different Cub Foods stores in Anoka County on Aug. 9 and stole Crest White Strips, Gillette razor blades and Rogaine from each store. The total value of the merchandise is $6,720.25.

The complaint said Marta Stoican and Sandia Tudorascu were caught committing a similar theft at a Cub Foods in Maplewood. Surveillance video confirmed Stoican and Tudorascu were responsible for the thefts in Anoka County.

Stoican was charged with two counts of felony theft.
