Wis. State Patrol Arrests Woman For Picking Up Kids While Drunk

MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) – Wisconsin State Patrol arrested a woman Thursday night after she picked three children up from school while intoxicated.

State Patrol said witnesses reported a woman drove through the grass near Cameron Elementary School and drove the wrong way on the school road.

A Cameron police officer found the vehicle in question at a nearby gas station. A state trooper arrested 37-year-old Kasee Ann Kickok for operating a motor vehicle under the influence with children under 16 years of age in the vehicle.

State Patrol said three children, ages 9, 7 and 6, were in the vehicle with Kickok.

Kickok was also charged with having open intoxicants in the vehicle. This is Kickok's first OWI offense.
