Woman Hurt In Hit-And-Run Crash In Minneapolis

MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) -- Authorities say a woman was seriously hurt after being involved in a hit-and-run crash Saturday night in Minneapolis.

It happened in northeast Minneapolis shortly before 10 p.m. A woman was hit by a car while she was walking along University Avenue Northeast and 16th Avenue. She was taken to the hospital with unknown injuries.

Police say the driver of the car is still unknown. Anyone who may have witnessed the crash or has any information should contact the Minneapolis Police Department.
