Woman Dies After Being Found Stabbed On Bemidji Street
MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) -- A 35-year-old Redby woman has died after being found in the middle of a Bemidji street Friday night with several stab wounds.
Bemidji Police say they responded to a call about a person lying in the street at about 7:12 p.m. on the 2800 block of Ridgeway Avenue.
They found a woman -- who was later identified as Krista Fisherman -- who had been stabbed several times.
Fisherman was rushed to Sanford Medical Center, but she was pronounced dead soon after arrival.
Bemidji Police, the Beltrami County Sheriff's office and the Minnesota Bureau of Criminal Apprehension are investigating.
