Woman Accused In U Student's Death Arrested Again

MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) -- One of the two people accused of killing a University of Minnesota student has been arrested again.

Ashley Conrade was taken into custody for violating the terms of her release, according to the St. Paul Pioneer Press.

The report says Conrade used controlled substances, which is a violation of her bail.

Conrade faces first-degree murder charges in the death of Anarae Schunk.

Schunk went missing in last year. Her body was found, riddled with stab wounds, eight days later in rural Rice County.

Shavelle Chavez-Nelson is also charged in Schunk's death.

His and Conrade's trials are scheduled for next year in this case.
