WEST FARGO, N.D. (AP) — West Fargo police arrested a motorist who allegedly struck two mailboxes, a road sign and another vehicle, causing minor injuries to two occupants of the other vehicle.

Police responded to four complaints about the driver about 10 p.m. Sunday. They eventually arrested him for refusing a drunk driving test, along with a hit-and-run count and several other driving violations.

The state's attorney's office will decide on formal charges against the 36-year-old Fargo man.
