Wells Fargo Reports System Issues Due To 'Power Shutdown'
MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) -- Wells Fargo is reporting a nationwide outage on its website and mobile app. The company tweeted Thursday morning to apologize to customers who may be experiencing an issue.

The national bank says system issues were caused due to a power shutdown at one of its facilities.
We're experiencing system issues due to a power shutdown at one of our facilities, initiated after smoke was detected following routine maintenance. We're working to restore services as soon as possible. We apologize for the inconvenience.

This is the second time this month Wells Fargo customers have experienced issues. On Feb. 1, the company also reported an outage.
