Sheriff: Wadena Co. Man, 88, Killed In ATV Accident

MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) -- An 88-year-old man is dead after an ATV accident Thursday afternoon in Wadena County.

The sheriff's office says William Kern, from Verndale, was driving an ATV in Wing River Township when the vehicle rolled over.

Kern was thrown from the ATV and suffered fatal head injuries.

The accident is still under investigation.
