MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) - Due to concerns about COVID-19, the Twin Cities area Salvation Army is seeing shortfalls in volunteers, impacting the Christmas Toy Shop distribution, food shelf grocery distribution, and the Red Kettle bell-ringing initiative.
