Vikings' Matt Kalil: 'It Wasn't My Best Day'

EDEN PRAIRIE, Minn. (AP) — A rough day on the field for Minnesota Vikings left tackle Matt Kalil on Sunday against Green Bay was only compounded once he left the stadium that night.

Video surfaced on Monday of Kalil knocking the hat off of a fan that was heckling him as he walked to his vehicle after the game. Kalil says he shouldn't have let the fan get under his skin, but didn't think the confrontation was a big deal. He says he just had a bad day and let his frustration get the better of him.

Kalil also had three penalties in the 24-21 loss to the Packers. He says he is dealing with a lack of confidence and also a bothersome left knee that has given him trouble dating back to last season.
