Video: Suspect Sets Off Explosive At N. St. Paul Lot

MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) -- North St. Paul police are looking for someone who set off an explosive outside of an office building parking lot.

The incident happened just after midnight Friday morning at a lot on the 2400 block of Margaret Street North.

A video clip posted to YouTube shows a person wearing a tan-hooded jacket riding a bike near the building.

The person then gets off the bike, sets the explosive on the ground, lights it and then bikes away.

The explosive then goes off about a minute later, damaging property.

The explosion broke three windows, and damaged garage doors to the extent that they will need replacement, according to police.
