BCA: Golden Valley Man Missing; 3-Year-Old Boy Found Safe

MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) -- The Minnesota Bureau of Criminal Apprehension is assisting in the search for a missing 54-year-old Golden Valley man.

Anthony Dwight Vanlear, along with 3-year-old Kingstan Navarro-Marucha, were reported missing Thursday. The pair was last seen by a family friend at 10:30 a.m. in St. Louis Park.

The friend said Vanlear and the boy were supposed to immediately head back home to Golden Valley after they parted ways, but they never arrived.

Kingstan was located safe Thursday evening, but Vanlear is still missing. He is 6-feet tall, weighs 220 pounds and has gray hair and a gray beard.

Vanlear was driving a white 2013 Ford Escape with Minnesota license plate 282 VPL.
