CDC: Two More Zika Virus Cases Diagnosed In Minnesota

MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) – Two more cases of the Zika virus have been diagnosed in Minnesota, according to the Centers for Disease Control.

The total number of cases in Minnesota is now at 19. The state accounts for 3 percent of Zika cases in the United States.

All 19 cases are associated with travel. Officials have said Minnesotans should not be concerned about the virus.

There are 756 total infections in the U.S.
