Twins Sign Bartolo Colon To Minor League Deal

MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) – Big Sexy is coming to Minnesota.
The Twins announced Friday they have signed pitcher Bartolo Colon -- better known by his nickname, Big Sexy -- to a minor league deal.

The 44-year-old right hander was released by the Atlanta Braves earlier this week. Colon will report to Triple A Rochester.
While he's nothing more than a depth signing for the pitching-challenged Twins, Colon won the Cy Young award in 2005 and is a four-time All-Star.
