Twins Caravan Starts Jan. 12, Will Hit 40 Cities

MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) – The Minnesota Twins announced  Monday their annual Winter Caravan will start Jan. 12 as they build excitement for the 2015 regular season.

The first leg of the Twins Caravan, which lets fans get to see some of their favorite players and coach up close and in person, will kick of Jan. 12 with stops in Minneapolis, St. Paul, Aitkin, Brainerd and Grand Rapids. Glen Perkins, Paul Molitor, Gene Glynn, Dave St. Peter and  and Kris Atteberry will be hitting Minneapolis and St. Paul.

A group including Kyle Gibson, Caleb Thielbar and Dan Gladden will hit Aitkin, Brainerd and Grand Rapids.

The Twins Caravan will go from Jan. 12 to Jan. 22 with stops is as many as 40 Minnesota communities. It's the 55th annual year of the caravan.
