Twin Cities Selected To Host International Winter Cycling Conference

MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) -- The Twin Cities has been selected to host the International Winter Cycling conference.

Minnesota is the first U.S. location to host the conference, which has been held in Finland, Canada and the Netherlands.

The three-day bike enthusiast conference is expected to be held next February.

Recent local surveys found that 20 percent of those who commute by bike in warm weather continue to do so in winter.
