Twin Cities Priest Won't Face Porn Charges

MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) -- A priest investigated for possibly possessing child pornography will not be charged with a crime.

Edina police who investigated Rev. Timothy Dolan say they found pornography, and one image in which the age of the person was not known.

Dolan recently resigned as pastor of Saint William Church in Fridley.

The archdiocese is still conducting an internal investigation into his fitness for ministry.
