MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) – There is some good news if you're among the many who will be commuting to celebrate Thanksgiving with family.

Officials with AAA said Monday that the average price for a gallon of gas across the Twin Cities fell to $1.99. That's down five cents from last week, and it's down 17 cents from last month.
