Twin Cities CureSearch Hosts Walk For Children's Cancer In St. Paul

MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) – The Twin Cities CureSearch for Children's Cancer Walk takes place this weekend in St. Paul.

CureSearch for Children's Cancer is a national nonprofit that tries to erase barriers and find the cure for children's cancer.

The walk is a way to bring together the children who've survived a fight with cancer and pay tribute to those who lost their personal battle.

The walk will take place on Sunday, Oct. 4 at St. Paul's Lake Phalen. It is three miles long.

Activities begin at 12:30 p.m. and the walk begins at 2 p.m.
