Turkey Flies Into Motorcycle Driver's Face, Causes Accident

MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) – A man driving a motorcycle collided with a car after a turkey flew across the road and struck the driver in the face on Saturday, according to the Pierce County Sheriff's Department.

Bryan Huffman, 50, of Lake City, Minnesota, was driving northbound on Wisconsin Trunk Highway 35 in his Harley Davidson when a turkey hit him in the head. His motorcycle hit a Subaru Outback being driven the opposite direction by 74-year-old Gary Egbert of Apple Valley.

Huffman was taken to Mayo Red Wing Hospital with undetermined injuries.
