Troops Homecoming Sweetened By Local Girl Scouts

MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) – More than six dozen military men and women are almost home Saturday night.

The 461st of Fargo just completed a training exercise in the Dominican Republic.

They came through the Armed Forces Service Center at Minneapolis-St. Paul International Airport Saturday evening.

Along with handmade posters, local Girl Scouts were there with some special treats.

Each soldier got two boxes of Thin Mint cookies and some Caribou Coffee.
