Trolley Catches Fire On Highway 36 Near Cleveland Avenue

MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) -- The Minnesota State Patrol said they responded to a trolley engulfed in flames on Highway 36 near Cleveland Avenue in St. Paul. The patrol said there are no injuries and the incident is under investigation.
