'Tour De Tonka' Bikers Rise Early To Enjoy The Ride

MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) -- At an early hour on a near perfect Saturday morning, it seems like the entire Minnesota biking community came together for the annual "Tour De 'Tonka" ride.

Organizers say the event began at Minnetonka High School back in 2006 with nearly 900 riders participating. Now, it's grown to some 3,300 riders and counting.

WCCO's Mike Max had the opportunity to emcee the event, and he found out what the Tour is all about.
