Timberwolves Announce NBA Summer League Roster

MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) – The Minnesota Timberwolves announced Sunday their roster for the upcoming NBA Summer League in Las Vegas.

The Timberwolves will open a three-game preliminary schedule in Las Vegas on July 12 against the Dallas Mavericks. The team announced a 13-player roster on Sunday. Among the players who will be playing in the summer league include this year's two draft picks, Zach LaVine and Glenn Robinson III.

Also on the roster are last year's rookies, Gorgui Dieng and Shabazz Muhammed. Alexey Shved is also on the roster. Other rookies include LaRon Dendy, Mamadi Diane, Brady Heslip, Jordan Morgan and Markel Starks.

The Timberwolves are also hosting a mini-camp from July 7-10 at Target Center. The camp includes an open scrimmage on July 9.
