Tickets Go On Sale Early For 9th Annual Haunted Basement

MINNEAPOLIS (AP) — It's still summer, but The Soap Factory in Minneapolis wants to get you ready for Halloween chills.

Tickets already are on sale for the ninth annual Haunted Basement.

Each year, the show's organizers gather visual and performance artists to provide a nightmarish experience in The Soap Factory's industrial basement.

This year's Haunted Basement will provide two pathways leading to artist-created environments built throughout the 13,000 square feet of The Soap Factory's basement. But visitors will have to wait in line through what's described as a maze of visual horror above the basement. Visitors will then choose a path — one "easier" and one more horror-filled.

Once you choose a path, there's no turning back. But the signs may be switched at any time.

Tickets are available online here.
