MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) -- Thursday is International Dog Day, and many of us have been enjoying their company even more in the past year and a half.

Throughout the pandemic, Secondhand Hounds founder, Rachel Mairose, says she has seen many ups and downs in pet demand.
