THOR To Build $36M Office Building In North Minneapolis

MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) -- A real estate business is making plans to revitalize a north Minneapolis neighborhood.

THOR Companies, in partnership with Target, will invest $36 million on a new office building at the corner of Plymouth and Penn avenues.

The 92,000-square-foot building will also include retail space and parking.

The project is expected to be complete in the spring of 2018.
