Otter Tail County Sheriff's Office Seeks Missing 89-Year-Old

MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) – The Otter Tail County Sheriff's Office is asking the public's help in finding a missing vulnerable adult.

The sheriff's office said 89-year-old Thomas Langley Allstopp has not been heard from since noon on Wednesday. Authorities searched Allstopp's residence and the surrounding woods on Friday.

Allstopp is 5-feet-8-inches tall and weighs approximately 135 pounds. He has white hair and wears glasses. The 89-year-old is believed to be wearing a grey hooded sweatshirt. He is also missing two fingers on his right hand and has sailor tattoos on his forearms.
