The Wildcat Sanctuary's White Tiger Cubs Celebrating 1st Birthday

MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) -- My, how they've grown! Two white tiger cubs are celebrating their first birthday at The Wildcat Sanctuary.

The cubs, named Jeremy and Simon, have quickly outgrown their temporary space at the shelter since their rescue last year.

"These two cubs are affectionately known as the destructive duo, they're about as rambunctious as you can imagine tiger tots could be," the Sanctuary's manager said.

Now, they are celebrating the arrival of their birthday this Thursday. Their activities have included "pool dunking, watermelon smashing, chicken chomping, frozen birthday cake slurping."

The Wildcat Sanctuary is currently raising funds for a permanent space for the cubs.
