'The Who' Reschedules Target Center Show To May 2016

MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) -- Officials with "The Who" announced Wednesday their tour scheduled to start earlier this month, which includes a stop in Minneapolis, has been postponed until 2016.

Officials with the group said the postponement was made to give lead singer Roger Daltrey time to recover from viral meningitis. "The Who Hits 50!" tour will start Feb. 27, 2016, and it comes to Minneapolis and the Target Center on Sunday, May 1.

The concert will start at 7:30 p.m., and tickets will range from $39.50 to $139.50.

The tour includes stops in Detroit, Toronto, New York, Chicago and Los Angeles as well as Minneapolis. The tour will end on May 29 with a concert in Las Vegas.

Tickets are available now at the Target Center box office. They can also be purchased online at AXS.com or by phone at 1-888-9-AXS.
