The Who At Target Center

Definitely a bucket list show. Handsome husband and I went to see The Who concert last night at Target Center.

We were blown away.

From the very first chord of "Who Are You," we were transported through time and space to our earlier days of listening to their songs. Hearing Roger Daltrey and Pete Townshend play, sing and tell stories was a gift. Watching the videos on stage behind them of their 50 years as a band it was obvious I missed The Who and many other great bands in their heyday. I also missed some iconic hair, fabulous fashion and all the "sex, drugs and rock 'n' roll" fun.

Roger is now 72 and Pete is 70. Despite the lifetime (two generations) of creating great music, they performed like teenagers. I was inspired by their message, their talent and their energy. As I struggle to get to yoga today, I am thinking about them jumping around on stage yesterday. I better get moving.

What was your favorite concert?
