Tailgating Rules Released For U.S. Bank Stadium

MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) – Vikings officials detailed rules Wednesday for tailgating at U.S. Bank Stadium.

The 600 lots for tailgating at the downtown Minneapolis stadium will open at 7 a.m. for noontime games. For all other games, the start time will be six hours before kickoff.

Officials say tailgaters must leave the lots four hours after the game or at midnight, whichever comes first.

The first regular season game at U.S. Bank Stadium for the Vikings is slated for Sept. 18.
