Study: Negative Thinking Detrimental To Health

MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) – Sometimes it can be hard to stay positive. But a new study suggests if you don't you, it could be detrimental to your health.

A new growing body of research shows that negative thinking can actually produce physical symptoms that go beyond stress or a sick stomach.

Researchers at the University of California Berkeley now say prolonged negative thinking may also have links to more serious health problems, like heart disease.
